Postage

Postage is a flat rate £3.95 in the UK (3 - 5 working days) or £7.95 via 48 Hour Courier.

Overseas postage is based on weight but, as a rough guide, one scarf is £10 in Europe and £14 for the rest of the world and one rug is £16 in Europe of £21 for the rest of the world. All items are sent via Royal Mail Signed For Airmail.

Delivery

We try deliver your order right away but please allow 3 - 5 business / working days in the UK, 12 - 14 for the Rest of the World via Airmail; Surface can take up to 12 weeks. In exceptional circumstances please allow up to 28 days for delivery in the UK.

Returns

If we send you the incorrect item or there is a fault we will give you a full refund or send you a replacement; whichever you prefer.

Returns are based on case by case basis but as a rule of thumb we would refund you the purchase price of the item but not the shipping charge or costs, whichever is greater.

We will exchange your rug if you change your mind but we will only despatch the replacement after we have received the original.
