Refund policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/online-and-distance-selling-for-businesses/online-selling

We want you to be satisfied.

If we send you the incorrect item or there is a fault we will give you a full refund or send you a replacement; whichever you prefer.

Returns are based on case by case basis but as a rule of thumb we would refund you the purchase price of the item but not the shipping charge or costs, whichever is greater.

We will exchange your purchase if you change your mind but we will only despatch the replacement after we have received the original.
